Our batch file renaming tool allows you to rename multiple files at once with advanced rules and live preview.

How to Use

  1. Select Files: Click "Select Files" or drag and drop files into the upload area
  2. Add Rules: Use the sidebar to add renaming rules like prefixes, suffixes, or text replacement
  3. Preview: Click "Preview Changes" to see how your files will be renamed
  4. Apply: Click "Apply Renaming" to process the files
  5. Download: Use "Download All" to get your renamed files as a ZIP archive

Renaming Rules

  • Replace Text: Find and replace specific text in filenames
  • Add Prefix: Add text to the beginning of filenames
  • Add Suffix: Add text before the file extension
  • Remove Text: Remove specific text from filenames
  • Change Case: Convert filenames to uppercase or lowercase

File Support

  • All file types supported
  • Maximum 1000 files per batch
  • 100MB total size limit
  • Works with any file extension

Your files are processed entirely in your browser. No files are uploaded to our servers, ensuring complete privacy and security.

What We Don't Do

  • We don't store your files
  • We don't access your files

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

  • Files not loading: Check file size limits (100MB per file, 1000 files max)
  • Preview not working: Make sure you've added at least one renaming rule
  • Download not starting: Check your browser's download settings
  • Mobile issues: Use a modern browser for best results
